Dune of Nea Chora

Very close to the city of Chania (about 2 km far from the centre of the city), in the region of Nea Chora you can enjoy your first contact with the sport. The hypsometric difference is about 10m. while the orientation is northern and ideal for beginners and for learning.

Plateau of Omalos

45 km far from the city of Chania at the plateau of Omalos, the friends of paragliding can have the chance to enjoy one of the most beautiful flights in Crete. The hypsometric difference is 640m while the orientation is north-western. All the above, in addition to the fact that all the flight takes place near the gorge of Samaria and Gigilos guarantee for unforgetable moments of paragliding.

Falasarna

The slope by the sea above the ancient city of Falasarna, seems to invite the friends of sport. The hypsometric difference is 150-200m while the orientation of the flight is western.

Plateau of Askifou

4km far from the village Askifou you will have the chance of a flight from the top of a mountain (above from the homonym plateau) and you can be sure that the landing won't be one from the easiest you have lived. The hypsometric difference is 450m. while the orientation Eastern.
